Refer a new resident to a TJ
Adam community and be rewarded!
As a current resident of one of
our apartment communities, we’ll credit your
next month’s rent $350 for each new apartment
lease you bring in.
To qualify for a referral reward, simply complete
the following information about your referral prior
to their visiting a TJ Adam apartment community. Or,
bring your referral into the community leasing office
for a visit.
Please provide the following information that will
be e-mailed directly to the leasing office of the
TJ Adam apartment community you select. Upon receipt
of your e-mail, we'll contact you for further information
about the person you are referring to our community.
